Maintenance of Four Year plantations (200 trenches / Ha AR Model) at Hulthar-SF (Ramalakshmana Bayalu) in Ramanagara Range during 2026-27

The earnest money deposit may be forfeited: a)If the Tenderer withdraws the Tender after tender opening during the period of tender validity b)Tenderer, if the Tenderer fails within the specified time limit to i) sign the Agreement or furnish the required Security deposit. If the documents submitted by tenderer found to be misleading or forged or fake.

1)Total value of forestry and other works executed and payments received in the last five years (in Rs Lakhs) Format-1 is enclosed in Tender Notification. 2)To qualify for award of this Contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years achieved at least in two financial years a minimum financial turn over of Rs (usually not less than the two times of estimated annual payments in this contract) 3)satisfactorily completed (at least 50Percntage of this contract, as a prime contractor for similar works such as of value not less than Rs (Specify the similar work). (the work done Certificate produced should be issued by not below the rank of Deputy Conservator of Forest and Executive Engineer i.e., Deistic level officer) 4)Details of Sector-specific experienced manpower employed. 5)Each Tenderer should further demonstrate Availability of owning the following Key and critical equipment for this work like JCB , itachi.. etc. 6) Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs......... lakhs (Credit lines or letter of credit or certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.(usually 30 percent of the amount of contract) (Bankers Certificate format-2 is enclosed) Line of credit should be submitted indent wise or work wise. 7) Audit balance sheet for the last three financial years (i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2025-26) with copies of Income Tax returns statement filed. Otherwise tender will be rejected. 8)Copy of the Aadhar card, Copy of the Tin (If any), Copy of GSTIN and Copy of the GST Returns. 9)Contractor Registration Certificate issued by Forest Department. 10)Permanent Address, with Mobile No & Email ID (For correspondence)
