Supplying of 20 watt LED type out door lighting luminaire with die cast aluminium housing suitable for airport perimeter wall illumination, having uniform lighting distribution with luminare efficiency of 110 lumen per watt including driver and other accessories, IP65 protection complete as per specification as required.

Supply of 5 mtrs. high GI OCTAGONAL continuously tapered galvanised street light pole with minimum 1000 mm long single arm GI bracket (length of bracket shall be based on design) for installation of LED street light luminaire suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 (but not less than 50 m/sec.), fabricated out of 3 mm MS plate in single section, suitable for installation on a precast foundation with supply of 4 nos. of foundation bolt & anchor plate, rigid flange plate welded with the base of pole for fixing on foundation bolts complete as reqd. for structural stability as specified, weather proof and vandal resistant door flush with the exterior surface containing a terminal plate of 5 mm thick backlite sheet with 32 Amp heavy duty connector for loop in loop out cable terminations suitable for upto two numbers 4 core 16 Sq.mm cables & 2A DP MCB for each fixture connections, earthing bolts for continuous earth connection complete as required & as specified.

Supply of 3.5 X 50 sq.mm size aluminium conductor armoured XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed electric power cable for working voltage upto 1.1 KV. as per IS : 7098 (Part-I) etc as required.

Supply of 4 X 16 sq.mm size aluminium conductor armoured XLPE insulated PVC sheathed electric power cable for working voltage upto 1.1 KV. as per IS :7098 (Part-I) etc as required.

Installation testing and commissioning of 5 Mtr. height G.I. octagonal pole, welding of MS plate at bottom, fixing G.I. socket with suitable bolts at top, installation of overhang, bracket and bolts on pole, making M20 cement concrete foundation of suitable size 400mm dia 0.75 mtr below the ground & 0.25 Mtr above the ground, i/c fixing of DP MCB MCB & terminal block, finishing of foundation, white cement painting of exposed foundation, pole numbering with reflective coloured 3M or equivalent sheets, complete with earth connections etc as required.

Supplying and embedding 40 mm outer dia HDPE pipe in above GI pole collar/foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED street light fitting with all accessories on existing street light pole of 5 mtr height with bracket, including supplying and drawing of 3core 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor cable from loop-in-loop-out box upto the individual streetlight fitting(s), connection etc. complete as required & as specified.

Supplying of 75 mm outer dia DWC HDPE pipe as per specifications etc as required.

Laying of 75 mm dia HDPE pipe for road crossing including coupling / jointing of pipe. Complete as required.

SITC of water tight outdoor type double door distribution feeder pillar made out of 2mm thick MS Sheet CRCA powder coated, dust & vermin proof, floor mounted front openable, locking arrangement, MS chanel at bottom for mounting i/c providing & grouting of suitable size MS frame made of 50mmx50mmx5mm angle having 04 Nos legs of 1.0 mt length i/c making 1:3:6 C.C. foundation.The panel shall incorporate following electrical accessories:- Switch geares (A) INCOMER (I) MCCB,FP,63 A,25kA Ics= Icu- 1nos (B) OUTGOINGS (I) MCB FP,32 A - 4nos (C) Metering & Control (i) Multifunction meter- 1no (ii)Digital time switch - 1no (Austrominical Timer) (iii) CT's -1set suitable for above incomer (iv) LED indicating lamp (RYB) - 01 set (v)Contactor MCX(3Pole) - 1 sets

Supplying and fixing cable termination box (water tight outdoor type) of size 600 mm x 450 mm x 300 mm deep of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet with suitable M.S angle stand and aluminium bus-bar of 300 Amps rating and suitable cement concrete foundation complete as required.

Supplying and fixing (change over switch existing) box (water tight outdoor type) of size 1000 mm x 800mm x 400 mm deep of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet with suitable M.S angle stand and suitable cement concrete foundation complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm size direct in ground i/c excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable1.1 KV grade of above 35 Sqmm and upto 50 sq. mm size direct in ground i/c excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sq. Mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable 1.1 KV grade of above 35 Sqmm and upto 50 sq. mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm on wall surface as required.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 x 16 sq mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5x50 sq mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. pipe 4.5 mm long x 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc.(with charcoal or coke and salt for pipe electrode) complete and required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
