The tongue & groove are to be properly aligned to get flush look . Anutone Synth poly fiber PF 5 x 50 wool

of 500 gsm to be filled between the horizontal & vertical studs as in filler with the help of wire / stick 7

adhesive. Test certificate of the use products shall be submitted after procurement of materials.

WALL PANELING STRETCH FABRIC HUSH GRAFIX

Supply and installation of Anutone Stretchable acoustical fabric hush Grafix fabric system by using Anutone

FR Grade hush Grafix fabric of size 1400 mm width, shall be stretched by using wooden base 10 mm thick

rigid vinyl stretch tracks half wrap/ full wrap 15 mm FS15 & mid seam 15 mm FS 15, 20 mm pinewood

magnesia bonded Strand board, Synthetic poly fiber 5x50 infill with requisite accessories & tools. Pinewood

wood based wool fiber having 15 mm thick square edge is first installed on the wall along the marking lines

with metal fasteners inserted at 300 mm centers FS 15 tracks to be installed on wooden base after applying

stick S7 adhesive on both surfaces for a true & continuous secure grip, & heavy - duty fasteners at 150 mm

centers on both sides of stretch tracks. Pinewood wool panels having square edge Magnesite bonded

pinewood fibers panels of size 600 x 1200 x20 mm having density 400 Kg /m3 , weight 4 kg which is fixed

to GI Channel CC25 on walls placed at 600 mm centers vertically / Horizontally with suitable fasteners with

MC 45 at 1200 c/c & WC 25 is for supporting the main frame. . Synthetic poly fiber PF 5 x 50 mm thick

adhered on strand tracks by following the fabric thread line or pattern. The fabric Hush Grafix is stretched &

tucked into the stretch tracks & secure into the locking jaws so that it will be smooth, free of wrinkles with

the tucking tools. Note - minimum 50 mm additional Anuton fabric is required for tucking hence maximum

module wall fabric width would be 1600 mm The technical parameters of the system are core - pinewood
