Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand,silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, and baling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and completed depositing the surplus excavated soil with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with intial lead and lifts and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Filling in Basement with excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, Four Crushed stone sand ,Eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement,Two Crushed stone sand ,Four aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5(one cement & five Crushed stone sand) using best quality of II Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Brick of size 9" x 43/8" x 23/4"for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction– TNBP No:31

Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification and directed .

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors as per standard specification.

Special Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (One cement and three Crushed stone sand) 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, finishing,curing,and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five Crushed stone sand) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications.

Weathering Course with Concrete Broken Brick (S.I.No.278) & ( P & D) Data 54.Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness as directed by the departmental officers.etc., complete.-

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 20 mm of approved quality in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement add three Crushed stone sand) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete.

Paving the floor with best quality Vetrified ( Such as Morbonite) Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three Crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of 300mmx200mm set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two Crushed stone sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing the following thickness of Granolithic pattern floor finish with Plain Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 mix using 10-12mm ISS HBG metal and the top rubed smooth etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed. i. 20mm thick for Resid

Painting two coats with ready mixed Emulsion of first class quality paint and of approved color over a priming coat, including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc., complete.

Painting two Coats over New iron Works using best quality of enamel paint including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc, complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing of Cuddappa Slab 25mm Thick including cost and Conveyance of all site etc. Complete.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point. SD 25 ISI Make with Standard specification .

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unscheathed Cu.conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point. Supply and run off of2 of 6 sq.mm (84 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains . SD 66 . ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and run off of 2 of 6 sq.mm (84 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class ‘B’) bent at both ends with necessary angle iron up right and end supports. SD 71 . ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of 16 Amps DPIC switch of 500 V with metal clad with fuse and netural TW Board with earth connection only. SD 142. ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of 16 A aerial fuse unit (500A) on suitable 100 x 100 mm TW concealed box with hylem sheet on the tapping pole with necessary clamps. SD 128 . ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of 20W 4 Feet LED Fitting with LED ISI Make with Standard specification .

Supply and fixing of Energy Efficient Ceiling Fan 1200 mm complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 1 meter down rod on the existing clamp etc complete as per std sepcification.connection mains (SD No.107) Page No -46

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard suitable with 7W / 9W LED bulb ISI Make with Standard specification .
