PROVISION OF TRANSFORMER AND DG SET FOR COMBAT WEAPON TRAINING SIMULATOR (CWT) AT 3 MILITARY TRAINING REGIMENT, MADGAON (GOA) UNDER GE PANAJI GOA

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer, outdoor type, and conforming to IS 1180: 2014 (Part 1) with amendment No. 4 of March 2021, plinth mounted, HT 11 KV/433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, delta/star connected, vector group DYN -11 double copper wound, ONAN cooling, manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from minus (-) 7.5% to plus (+) 7.5% in 7 steps of 2.5 %, continuous rating of capacity 200 KVA, Level - II including Cable entry box on HT Side and Cable entry box on LT side. Total losses @ 50% load = 670W, Total losses @ 100 % load = 2100 W. The Transformer shall be completed with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of transformer oil IS 335, ISI marked filtered & dehydrated oil etc including brick work/ foundation of size 2m x 2m x 1 .23 m as per sketch for installation of tansformer and connected works complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following accessories :- Note :- Transfomer shall be mounted on platform/plinth. [Loc CTW near PT Gate)] (a) One cable entry box on primary HV side having cable glands suitable for HT XLPE Cable (consisting of 3 Nos porcelain HT bushings with brass/gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers). (b) One cable entry box on secondary (LV) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with GM bushing rods complete with GM nuts, and washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing LT armoured cables of suitable size. (c) Oil conservator tank with filter type, drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (f) One No 100 mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with temp reading pointer, max temp indicator and resetting device. (g) Rating plate with terminal markings. (h) Two earthing terminals on tank/tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6m GI eath strip. (j) Oil Level gauge. (k) Oil drain and filter valves.

Supply, laying jointing and testing under ground XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade with earthed system of size 95 Sqmm 3 core confirming to IS, through pipes or along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending, cold or hot, drilling holes or bolt in any shape or size including 2 coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Unexposed surface shall be given one coat of primer only.

Supply, lay and connect cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sq mm 3.5 core

All as per item No. 5.00, but of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core

Supply and laying of Double wall Corrugated ( DWC ) HDPE Pipe of size 110 x 95 mm (OD x ID) Polyethylene (PE),confirming to IS- 16205 (Part-24) with smooth internal and profiled external surface for not to give any external pressure on LT Cable and protection of UG Cables including bends and couplings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8.00 but for DWC HDPE Pipe of size 90 x 75 mm (OD x ID).
