CA NO CWEAFJ-55/2025-26 SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT AND MISC BR WORKS AT CERTAIN MARRIED ACCOMMODATION BUILDINGS AT AIR FORCE STATION PATHANKOT UNDER GE (AF) PATHANKOT

M&L for filling of cracks with smart care Hybrid PU Sealent wherever required and for rendering plastering work 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on roof surface and finishing the surface without using extra cement for application of roof treatment :- (a) Apply first coat of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres with sun reflectivity index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9 MPa and shall have crack bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure, reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree celsius with 33% dilution as primming coat. (b) Laying of fibre mesh of 0.3mm thickness weaven in leno pattern having weight 45 gm/Sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry. (c) Apply second undiluted coat @ 0.450 ltr/Sqm (d) Apply third and final coat undiluted @ 0.450Ltr/Sqm in color combination/ cameoflauging pattern as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done Authorised applicator only/ or in presence of authorised rep. Certificate in this regard shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge. Shifting/removal of any wire/ cable/AC unit or any other object as per the site requirement and refixing of the same if needed is deemed to be included in rates quoted by contractor.

All description as per ser item No 1 above but in patches, chajjas, fascia or near spouts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces any description including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over Stone /brick/concrete wall surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement from top of roof level/parapet wall upto chajja level including scaffolding for plastering works complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: THE RATE QUOTED BY CONTRACTOR SHALL BE INCLUSIVE OF SCAFFOLDING UPTO G+1 HEIGHT OF BUILDING.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint(1st Quality) of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives, over and including priming coat of exterior primer of same make on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Height of Bldg : any height (b) Exterior acrylic emulsion paint shall be anit-fungal, dust resistant, water repellant, crack-bridging, weather proof type 1st Quality.

Material and labour for preparing damaged irregular surface of chajjas roof projections ceiling facia etc average 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 furnished even & smooth all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :Rate for form work if required to be including in the rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 in coping , kneelers and in similarly works including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan 6m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Description all as per item No 9 above but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding over roof slab and average thickness of 50mm for receiving top layer including chicken wire mesh complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced)/brick tiles of any description and in any position not specifically provided,existing vegetation/roots etc with wire brushes and removing any type of of existing roof treatment in any layer alongwith existing plaster so as to reach up to top of RCC roof slab complete in all repsect and directed by Engr-in-Charge,.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on concrete in CM 1:4 in facia or edging of chajjas, (width/height not exceeding 45 cm ) to protect movement of water inside and act in place of damaged drip course complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 150mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length fixed to wall including clamps as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnection existing water tanks of capacity exc 250Ltr and Not exc 500 Ltr, settting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning of tanks, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re fexing in the same position with Tank should be marked with stencil letter cutting Date and Year with enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Disconnection existing water tanks of capacity exc 500 Ltr and Not exc 1000 Ltr, settting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning of tanks, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re fexing in the same position with Tank should be marked with stencil letter cutting Date and Year with enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing rotational moulded polyethiene water storage tanks of capacity 500 litres, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including S & F necessary GI fittings, inlet/outlet washout, overflow pieces long nipples, checknuts & washer ,brass valve 20mm high pressure with polythene float and fly nut etc complete including dismantling existing water tank RCC/Iron/PVC all as specified and directed. Note : Tank should be marked with stencil letter cutting Date and Year with enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L taking down 15/20 mm bore GI tubing ,fitting and connections etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Refixing of old steel tubing 15/20 mm medium grade galvanized ISI marked with all fittings short pieces and fixed complete to walls, floor etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 15 mm bore CPVC pipes ISI marked with all fittings short pieces and fixed complete to walls, floor, ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 20 mm bore CPVC pipes ISI marked with all fittings short pieces and fixed complete to walls, floor, ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for demolition of RCC (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate Demolition)Roofs, floors, brams, staircases, RCC water tanks,landing,chajjas and similar suspended work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan 6m mean radius built in cm 1:6 including demolition of existing brick work all as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth,75 mm thick and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all asspecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, including demolition of existing cement concret .

S&F Mild TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E 250) Quality A or Fe-290 (Gde E-165)

Form work for rough finished surfaces of concrete measured flat for square all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for reinforcement cement nominal mix (type 1:1.5:3) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for slab, shelves etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
