(a) Supply and Fixing of 9m. High octagonal GI pu painted pole to withstand the max. wind speed as per IS875. The top loading i.e. area and the weight of fixture are to be considered to calculate max. reflection of the pole and the same shall meet the requirement of BSEN 40-3-3: 2003. Octagonal Poles made from HT Steel confirming to grade S355 and having thickness of 3mm. Top dia 70mm and Bottom dia 175mm single sharp welding with base plate dimension 275x275x16mm and base plate must be Fe 410 confirming to IS2062, foundation bolts must EN 8grade and bolts size must be 4x24mm dia, PCD 275mm, bolt length 750mm long. The door opening of the pole should be re-inforced, waterproof and with locking arrangement and arrangement of inbuild junction box with 2 nos. 6Amp MCB and terminal box with provision for connection of earth and nutral on 5mm thick Fibre plate which will be kept inside the pole for termination of cable and wire. The pole shapt shall have octagonal cross section and shall be continuously taper of labour, conveyance, loading, unloading, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

(b) Supply and Fixing of one arm galvanised pu painted pulveric highly furnished sword type special designed bracket length of 1500mm width with top designed FRP Dome and FRP bracket knobs each. Designed is specially as per drawing and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, Fixing, Testing and Commissioning of Light Fixtures for external and façade lighting as approved and directed by Engineer in charge. (Part-D)

(a) Supply and Fixing of 150W LEDs light having die cast aluminium housing with epoxy powder coating and having specially profiled cooling fins at Top for effective heat dissipation, separate driver and LED lamp cavity to ensure cooler operation of LED lamps and good electrical separation, heat resistance toughend clear glass cover very high transmittance and high quality gasketing system, high power LED with special design lences so as to provide batwing and symmetrical light distribution, driver with inbuilt protection against high voltage surge, open and short circuit. The LED driver should comply to IEC 61000-3-2 ed.3.2, 2009 for harmonics, IEC 61347-2-13, 2006 in consumption with IEC 61347-1 ed.2.0, 2007 for electrical safety, IEC 62384 ed.1.1, 2011 for performace and IEC 61547 ed.2.0, 2009, CISPR-15 for EMI. Manufacturer shall have inhouse lab approved by NABL or MoS, Govt. of India and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

(b) Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of solar blinker with required 6m. Pole, 10W LED for blinking as well as Roof Top solar pannel and battery, Battery charger etc. as a complete standalone system as per direction of Engineer in charge.
