Removing of old Nylon Newar from GI pipe Charpoy tightening of complete charpoy GI Pipe and its parts such as loose check nut, elbow, long rails, short rail and legs etc complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable 3-way elbow from charpoy GI Pipe and Supply and fixing new GI elbow 32 mm (ISI marked) medium grade complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable check nut from charpoy GI pipe and Supply and fixing new check nut 32mm dia (ISI Marked) medium grade of best quality complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable long rails from GI pipe Charpoy and Supply and fixing new long rail of length 1950 mm long made out of 32mm dia bore GI pipe medium grade (ISI Marked) including threading on both sides complete complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make of GI pipe:- Jindal/Tata/Oswal

Making short rails for GI pipe Charpoy from broken/ unserviceable GI Pipe long rails obtained from serial item No. 4 here-in-before, threading both sides and fixing to the charpoy GI pipe complete as shown on drawing including removing existing broken u/s short rails complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Making legs for GI pipe charpoy from broken/unserviceable Gl pipe short rails obtained from serial item No. 5 here-in-before duly 22 mm long threading at one end and fixing to the charpoy GI pipe complete as shown on drawing including removal of old broken/ unserviceable legs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing with proper welding work, 02 No. mild steel 25 mm square pipe as stiffner across the long rail at equal spacing in each GI pipe charpoy of approved make/manufacturer duly grinded at sharp edges as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Mild steel square pipe siffener shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 12mm thick plywood top of size 6.6'x3'x12mm commercial, BWR grade, ISI marked, fixed with 10 Nos mild steel nuts and bolts 6mm dia with washers, after drilling to charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make of ply wood:- Green ply/ Century plywood/ Archid ply/ kitply Duro Note : (a) Plywood shall be procured from main manufacturer/authorised dealer in one lot and contactor hall produce the original purchase vouchers and test certificate to Engineer-in-charge for verification before incorporation in the work. (b) GE will carryout verification of vouchers as per policy in vogue before starting of work. (c) Independent Test report will be done in thecommand Lab or any NABL approved lab as directed by the GE without any extra cost to contractor.

Supply and fixing with proper welding work mild steel flat iron strip of size 40mm x 3 mm thick and 250mm long at the all four corner joints of GI pipe charpoy as directed andas per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
