Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Enginee-in-Charges

Construction of granular sub-base by providing granular material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MoRT&H Specification 406.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with Machenical control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.. Grading-II

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sum on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with Machenical Control to the required grade, level and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled bibratory and tendom rollers to achiev the desired compection as per MORTH specifiaction clause 509 complete all respects. Linear Delineator System (LDS)Supply & fixing of Linear Delineator System (LDS) panels made of Micro Prismatic Retro Reflective sheeting type XI duly laminated on thin aluminium foil to a unique corrugated shape to provide Retro Reflection across wide range of observations and external angles. Eatch LDS panel should be of nominal length of 33 inch and each ridge shall be approximately 0.34 inch high. Each LDS panel is to be firmly fixed on existing concrete/brick work with 16 Nos fastner/ screw .

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with ReflectorisIng Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads 0? 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Cat Eye/ Road Stud) Supply and flxing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPIMi Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrile) or HIPS (High-lmoact Polystyrene) or Acryloniilrile Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any oiher suitable malerial approved by the Engineer. The base of the marker shall be flal within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked wilh the name , lrade or other means of identification of the manufacture. epoxy lnslallations, excess adhesive around the edge of the malker, excess adheslve on the pavemenl and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immedialely removed. Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC-87-2012 providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm. 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.
