Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres. Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 301). (Rate is including 1% Cess)

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrow pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits (land own/arranged by the Agency) with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & 300-1 .The size course material in the mix of earth ordinarily shall not be exceed 75mm.(Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 305). Cost of compensation for Earth material & its carriage from private land at 5km distance have been includedin the rate. (Rate is including 1% Cess)

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrow pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits (earth is available from Govt. land) with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & 300-1 .The size course material in the mix of earth ordinarily shall not be exceed 75mm. (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 305). (Rate is including 1% Cess)

Inverted Choke Construction of inverted choke by providing, laying, spreading and compacting screening B type/ coarse sand of specified grade in uniform layer on a prepared surface with motor grader and compacting with power roller etc (Reference to MoRT&H's specification 404.3.2). Using Coarse Sand 1.20 cum per cum and Water = 0.18 KL per cum. (Rate is including 1% Cess)

1 Granular Sub-Base with Graded Material 1A Plant Mix Method Construction of granular sub-base byproviding graded material such asnatural sand/crushed gravel/crushedstone/combination depending uponthe required grading spreading inuniform layers with motor grader onprepared surface, mixing byappropriate mechanical mixure (withcontrolled addition of water), and compacting with vibratory roller toachieve at least 98% of the maximumdry density for the materialdetermined as per IS:2720 (Part 8),complete as per clause 401. (Rate is including 1% Cess) Grading-II

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate conforming to the grading of table 400- 13 revised vide table 2 of IRC : 109 (2015) to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density .The thickness of a single compacted layer shall not be less than 75 mm.(Reference to MoRT&H's specification 406. (Rate is including 1% Cess)
