(v) The scope of work mentioned in Sl items No. 1.015 and 1.016 shall be considred as combined item and will measured according.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing, straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 specified in SSR-I complete all as specified and as directed.

E/M WORKS

Taking down carefully aluminium / copper wiring / power point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, light fittings, fans etc and making good the disturbed surface of walls, ceiling etc incl painting with same colour of the back ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Wiring complete with 1.5 sq.mm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volts grade, multi stranded copper conductor cable conforming to IS 694 drawn through and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit of suitable size, medium grade including necessary accessories surface type run on walls/ ceiling with MS terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet surface mounted/ concealed on walls with plastic laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc., incl provision of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified and as directed for one light point controlled by one switch.

Brackets made out of GI tubing medium grade 40 mm bore , approx length 1.5 m long including MS clamps made out of MS flat iron 25 x 6 mm , nuts, bolts, washers etc and including applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer before fixing including removing the old existing GI bracket from building complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, greasing, servicing & painting of ceiling fans / exhaust fan complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one finishing coat after cleaning all dust etc., and re-fixing with downrod & clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to earth lead by GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts, check nuts, washers made out of galvanised iron connected to main switch all as shown in elect plate No 3 of MES SSR Part -I includingn excavation and earth work in any type of soil,funnel, 20 mm dia light grade GI watering pipe with chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 40mm thick of size 450mm x450mm (1:2:4) type B1 for cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 10cm c/c both ways and with 6mm MS hook etc complete all as specified including testing on completion all as specified and directed.
