Flooring with gravel

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever

Brick work in CM 1:5mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle

Plastering with CM 1:5,12mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with Standard (MS rods or RTS rods

Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever

Exterior emulsion painttwo coats using best colour in all the floors including cost of all matirials, brushes,scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with Standard (MS rods or RTS rods) which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate.
