S&F electric water heater, storage type, with steel body and copper inner tank, having heating element up to 2 kW capacity 25 litres, BEE 5-star rated, complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV (non-return valve), connection pieces, etc., all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with two single-core PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded copper cables of size 4.0 sqmm, 1100 volts grade, drawn into and including PVC conduit of 20 mm bore, including cutting and chasing in wall for concealed wiring, with all accessories, and one single-core PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded copper cable of size 4.0 sqmm, 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor, connected to common earth dolly termination switch board of pressed steel sunk-type box (1.6 mm thick) covered with 3 mm thick PVC laminated sheet with brass screws for mounting switches/sockets, etc., complete as specified and directed, for 15 Amp power point controlled by one-way switch.

S&F single pole and neutral (SPN) enclosure with metal two-pin and earth plug and metal-clad socket, complete with one single pole MCB, 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub-main wiring using two single-core, multi-stranded, PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cables of size 4 sqmm, 1100 volts grade, drawn into PVC conduit of 20 mm dia, including one 2.5 sqmm, 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor, connected to common earth; including green coloured PVC multi-stranded copper conductor FRLS cable for continuous earthing, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC pipe with brass hexagonal adapters at both ends, suitable for 15 mm dia pipe, 60 cm long, for cold water connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F metal braided PVC/CP pipe with brass hexagonal adapters at both ends, suitable for 15 mm dia pipe, 60 cm long, for hot water connection, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying CPVC pipes of 15 mm dia SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings, in trenches with saddles and necessary fittings, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
