Dismantling complete Compressor set, 35 TR capacity of make Voltas, Model 5H-60 and overhauling the compressor by repair and checking of wornout holes of studs and providing over size studs with nuts & washers and gaskets. Rematlling and balancing of piston, replacement of piston ring, scrapper ring, split pin, castle nut, bushing for piston pin, and set of sealing ring of compressor including necessary machine work and replacement of other defective spares, re-assembling the compressor set after the repair and tested for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid as supply only under respective items. ii) Cost of Tansportation from site to workshop (If any ) and back shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. iii) Refrigerant gas required for the job is supplied by the firm and paid saperately under relevant items of the schedule.
