   1. Submission of EMD & SD is governed by SECR Tender condition 2019 and Correction slips with latest updation till the date of tender opening. (i) Submissionof EMD@2% of the estimated value of the tender subject to Max. Rs.20 Lakh as perCorrection Slip No.001. (ii) Submission of SD: For all tenders issued performancesecurity/security deposit shall be 5% of total value of contract and shall be takenfrom all vendors for contract value above Rs.25 Lakhs subject to the applicable exemptions.2. As per latest IRS conditions 2025,security deposit will be released after successful completion of warranty period.
