Material and labour for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum thickness 250mm , of flexural strength 45 Kg/ sqcm (lower control limit) in field as per design mix , using minimum 400 Kg/cum of cement including triangular/non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement including form work for butt nosing, rounding off edges , curing , spread and compacted by using slip form paver complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The cost of admixture required as per design mix shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design mix). (ii) Polyster triangular/non circular synthetic fibres as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid for separtely under resp-ective item of this schedule. However, mixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design mix). (iii) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

(iv) Deduction shall be made in PQC for quantity for expansion joints. (v) As per IS provision minimum cement content is 350 Kg / cum. For the purpose of pricing this item, the cement content shall be considered as 400 Kg/Cum. Minus price adjustment shall be made @ RS 6 per Kg in case of quantity of cement used is less than 400 kg/Cum. However No plus price adjestment shall be made to the quoted rate if excess quantity of cement is used beyond 400 Kg/Cum. (vi) The quoted rate shall deemed to be include the cost of curing compound and cement mortar bund and no extra amount will be payble on this account.

Note : The rate deemed to be included by contractor for proper installed of motor on concrete plateform/foundation box with heavy duty fastners& other accessories required for fixing, electric supply connection, cable for motor from suitable single phase light points and properly alignment of pinion & drive rail with sliding gate for proper functioning of sliding gate and stainless steel box grouting on PCC plateform with fastners & earthing proof arrangement etc complete work of accessories required for fixing etc and synthetic enamel painting for small articles which are not measured with area of door etc. No extra cost shall be claimed by contractor on proper fixing of sliding gate motor, inverter & battery wiring, lubricating to rail etc. The contractor will be fully responsible for any defects occurs within two year from the date of installation, the same should be rectified/replacement of parts free of cost.

S&F Mild steel plain black sheet 1.6 mm thick as in covering to door shutter cut to size, bending to shape required including necessary welding on existing member/sliding gate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Medium carbon steel screw bolt (machine made) zinc plated (EN-8 Grade) with hexagonal or square head at one end & screwed the other end, and fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm long and 5mm to 10mm dia bolt of class 8.8 in accordance with ISO 898:1999 fitted at any place of gate all as specified and directed.

S&F Medium carbon steel screw bolt (EN-8 Grade) (machine made) zinc plated with hexagonal or square head at one end & screwed the other end, and fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 22.5 cm and not exceeding 30 cm long and 16mm to 20mm dia bolt of class 8.8 in accordance with ISO 898:1999 fitted at any place of gate all as specified and directed.

M&L Medium carbon steel works (EN-8 Grade) in hook and pintle hinges, purpose made hinges for door shutters, purpose made large hasp and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts clamps, pulley, small wheel, hold fasts, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or fastners, knee piece inserts, two and three ways straps, plate washers and similar small articles fixing at any place of gate all as specified and directed.

Note for ser no. 146 to 157:- (1) The MS sliding gate should be manufactures of specified agency/firm of sliding gate and any defects occurs on fabrications/materials within two year from the date of installation, the defects should be rectified with free of cost. (2) The contractor should be carried out site visit of sliding gate alongwith specialised manufacture agency/firm before fabrication of door and expence of specialised agency for his site visit/transportation etc should be paid by contractor and no extra cost should be claimed by the contractor separately (3) All accessories/fittings required for sliding gate should be brought at site and got approved by GE. (4) The design of motorised gate shall be got vetted by NIT/Gov. Engg college and approved by the CWE. M&L for writing letters or figures (Black Roman, Italic or Indian n.exc 30 cm high with of any shade and at any place on steel/concrete surface with thick reflective paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning all around the cable for protection by natural tibba sand. Note :-Depth after punning down shall be measured for payment.
