M&L for carrying out B check including periodic maintenance & servicing prescribed by the manufacturer of the DG Set from authorized rep of service engineer from the manufacturer of the DG Set of Greaves/Cummins/Kirloskar 100/125/140/160/ 200 KVA capacity installed at R-29 Bldg, Near Tula Bldg, R-12 Bldg, Mithun Bldg, Mulla Auditorium including replacement of engine oil, coolant and replacement of following unserviceable spares complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note: Spares will be measured & paid separately under respective items here in after.

Supply only in replacement Air filter element as per existing make and model.

Preventive maintenance and servicing of DG sets 100/125/140/160/ 200 KVA capacities installed at different location at Navy Nagar complete all as directed. The daily maint shall be carried out as under: (i) Cleaning of DG set floor and area (ii) Checking levels of Fuel/Engine Oil/Coolant and top-up the level if required (iii) Checking of Batteries, flexible coupling, injectors, thermostats, monitoring functions, compression, turbo charger clearance of bearings, air and water hoses, Zinc protective pipes, coupling disc of fuel pump drive, 'V' Belts (iv) Checking tightening of all nuts and bolts. (v) Checking levels of distilled water in batteries and top-up the level if required. (vi) Cleaning of air filters (vii) Lubricating/Greasing to moving parts (viii) Checking and reset valve clearances. (ix) Checking and setting of speed Governor and engine shut down for proper functioning (x) Checking of carbon bushes of generator and lubricate the bearings (xi) Cleaning of Crankcase ventilation, cooling water spaces, inter cooler (xii) Checking of replacing carbon bushes and starter pinion (xiii) Checking and monitoring of DG set running in condition by switching on mannual position on without load not less than 15 minute twice in week for each DG set and maintaining their running record in Log sheet/PRRB. If any shortcomings found in any DG set, immediately rerport to JE concern as well as to the contractor.Schedule of running for each DG set shall be decided by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : - (a) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Oil, Coolant and distril water will be measured and paid saparately. (c) Complaint pertains to DG Set of the sch A as given by Engr-in-Charge at any time shall be attend within 12 Hour from the time of complaint assined to the representative of the firm as directed by Engr-in-Charge up to the satisfactory level and on failing which the penalty shall be imposed 2500 per day per item / complaint of schedule "A". (d) One Skilled Technician for DG Set will be Report to JE concern at RS - I Sub station. Tech staff will remain present from 0900 to 0430 Hrs daily excluding Sunday and Holiday.

M & L for replacement of old engine oil from the sump of DG Sets installed at various locations after cleaning the oil sump throughly supply & filling new Lub oil, SAE 15W40 grade complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make : Servo super of Indian Oil or Equilent grade of Hindustan Petrolium.

S&F in replacement of Fuel Pre Filter Suitable for Diesel Engine, TBD 3V 6MK-1/TBD 2V6/TBD 2V 6MK-1/TDL4L. Make : Greaves Ltd.and all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Male/Botch/Greaves

M & L for topping up of water coolent in radiator of DG sets tinstalled at various locations complete all as specified & directed. Make : TVS Girling/volvo line or of equivelent make all as approved & directed by EIC.

M & L for dismantaling of FIP for ovarhaulling and caliberation in authorised workshop including replacement of wornout rings plungers, damper plate, gaskit etc and reassembling testing complete for DG sets of capacity 100 KVA to 140 KVA complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Item No 13.00 above but DG sets capacity 160 KVA to 200 KVA

M & L for repair overhalling of self starter including replacement of worn out clutch assembly bush, spring, plunger assembly, solenoid switch, corbon brushs, spring etc for DG sets of capacity 100 KVA to 140 KVA complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Item No 8.00 above but DG sets capacity 160 KVA to 200 KVA

Repair/overhaling of dynamo/charging alternator including replacement carbon, brushes holder, spring commutator/slipring assembly bearing regulator its of any make, type and capacity, complete all as directed.

Cleaning of the fuel tank of DG sets of of capacity 100 KVA to 140 KVA after decaning the diesel, after throughly cleaning with kerosene oil including replacement of level indicator pipe complete all as directed by EIC.

All as per Item No 11.00 above but DG sets capacity 160 KVA to 200 KVA

M & L for dismantling and removing of water pump assessmbly complete from the engine repair/overhaulling the same by replacing worn components like bearing, impeller, bushes, oil seal, water seal, gaskit etc. reassembling, refixing and testing complete for DG sets of capacity 100 KVA to 140 KVA complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Item No 13.00 above but DG sets capacity 160 KVA to 200 KVA

M & L for Automatic voltage regulator suitable for DG set of capacity 100 KVA to 140 KVA as per existing Make & model and as directed by EIC.

M & L for replacement of fuel shutdown valve assembly complete testing including replacement of old unsv valves of any capacity DG set, complete all as directed by EIC .

M & L for replacement of existing make and model fly wheel ring including heating for press fitting for engine of DG sets of capacity 100 KVA to 140 KVA complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for replacement of stop solonoid assembly for DG sets of capacity 100 KVA to 140 KVA complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Dismantling of radiator of DG set of capacity 100 KVA to 140 KVA and transporting to work shop for servicing/cleaning after dismantling twin tanks, replacement of gasket packing, nuts, bolts, washers, descaling with appropriate chemical and elding of copper brazing of damazed fins/tubes and reassembling & refixing in same position after testing complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Tachometer/speedo meter incl dismantling the existing meter suitable for kirloskar and cummins Engine all as directed.

M&L for scraping the peeled oil Paint on 200/160/140/100 KVA DG set including alternator,Engine and Fuel tank,sound proof cover Preparing the surfaces, cleaning the dust, dirt and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and writing SM No on the DG set and all as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

M & L for replacement of contactor 4 pole, not less than 200 Amp, 415 Volt with integrated auxiliary contacts : 2 NO + 2 NC conforming to IS / IEC 60947-4-1 and compitable with existing AMF panel complete all as specified and directed. M&L for taking out existing Panel and shifting of LT panel of any size with all accessories and fixing it to other location as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site, connecting cable connection with connecting accessories, incl foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for repairs/Servicing to Existing LT electric panels or AMF Indoor type of each Gen set including checking loose connections and tight connection and cleaning inside/out side all connection, replacing all cable glands,thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, applying petrolium jelly on the contactors, providing new insulation tape to bus bars, repair to broken /hanging doors by fixing hinges or welding the door to make it servicable, spray painting (silver colour) / powder coating and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge all as directd and specified. (Note: The tenders quoted rate per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of taking out burnt MCB/MCCB/Voltmeter/Ampiermeter /CT/LED lamps of any type and discription etc and refixing the same, which shall be measured and paid as supply only vide relivent items of this schedule.)

Cleaning inside the panel and all incoming and out going feeders i.e includinging MCCB/Changeover switches/Contactors thorouly with help of Vaccum Cleaner.

Checking the loose connections of incoming and out going feeders and rectifify the same with help of new GI nut bolts and washers

Replacing the burnt out color coated PVC Sleeve of main and fedders bus bar with appropriated size of New PVC heat shrinkable sleeves

Replacing Burnt out Voltmeters/Ammeters/Indicating Lamps/HRC Fuses.(Note: New items shall be measured and paid separatly)

Replacing burnt out control wiring of Ammeter/Voltmeter/Indicating lamps and CT'swith 2.5/1.5Sqmm copper single core,1100V grade copper conductor cable

Replacing Burnt out Bus Bar of incomming and out going feededs with approprieted size of new bus bar ( Note : Bus Bar will measured and paid separately).

Spray Painting of Panel Board with one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

S&F Copper Bus Bar stips, of any size, for extention of MCCB terminals for cable terminations, inside the cable alley of LT panel board, duly supported on the FRP / DMC support insulators including necessary drilling / bending to obtain required shape and size complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Size of the strip shall be determined depending upon the current carrying capacity of the individual outgoing MCCBs. (b) Overall length of the strip shall be measured and paid after necessary conversion into weight. (c) Cost of drilling / bending / Grinding of the strips at site as required shall be included in the unit rate quoted. No extra payment shall be admissible on that account. (d) Rate of Bolts, Nuts etc shall be included in quoted rate.

S&F of suitable type and size FRP / DMC bus bar support insulator (Bridge Insulator) for fixing the extended aluminium/copper bars, for cable terminations, duly fixed in the body of the panel board including galvanized steel bolts, nuts, washers etc.and necessary drillings, in the panel body,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fault finding on LT cables of any size and any length with fault detective machine by thumbing method and suitable high voltage and all as and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit Straight Through Joint for 1.1KV grade cable complete with Jointing material (Heat shrinkable) and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured, alluminum conductor cable of size 25 to 95 sq mm after taking out and cutting the faulty cable area, inserting 1 mtr Cable of existing size for jointing Cables if required at site and all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
