Material and Labour for precast Cement concrete block masonry of size 250mmx250mmx150mm thick solid block type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate in cement mortar including formwork complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing for rolled sections Fe-410-w(Gde-E-250) quality -B as in framing for cladding , glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates including welding etc complete all as specified

Supply and fixing for Stairs Fe-410-w(Gde-E-250) quality -B framed including stringers treades, landing, balusters, handrails etc; including cleats brackets etc complete all as specified.

4mm ACP Sheet and frame work SHS 38x38x2.60mm for wall with 6mm thk plywood. Maximum spacing between studs not exceeding 600m c/c. All MS members shall be coated with anti-rust red oxide primer and finished with two coats of enamel paint. Panels shall be free from dents, scratches, and color mismatches. And ceiling should be painted with white colour paint.

Supply and laying for 150mm Stainless steel including L bend joint(2100mm long including 02 Nos L bend with brackets properly fixed to container and another side to be provided stainless steel gratings as per shown on drg) and joint material for ventilation complete all as specified.

Supply and laying for 150mm PVC HDPE pipies PN10 including joint and joint material complete all as specified.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide of any description , over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling complete all as specified
