Taking down the failed cable from its position, supply, prepare and connect cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, for outdoor end termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser Item No 1 above but of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down HT UG cable and Supply, laying, connecting and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (earthed) of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser Item No 3 above but of size 3 core 150 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables / pipe lines and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean, fine, dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable / inside transformer yard complete all as specified and as directed . (Note: Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.)

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable covers, Class HV, type 1, flat, of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' of designation 75 laid in trenches as protection to cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Road cutting / hard standing for taking up or laying of LT UG cable upto a depth of 15 cm, after laying of cable, well ramming to the excavated soil and repair the exvcavated portion of road as per existing or by providing suitable mixture of cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable GI tubing and M&L for new galvanized steel tubing, light grade, with all fittings for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes :-

80 mm bore

50 mm bore

40 mm bore

Taking down unserviceable GI tubing and M&L for 80 mm dia for new galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, with all fittings for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down the damaged / punctured cable from the excavated trench for cutting and removing the damaged portion of the cable, jointing the serviceable part of the cable of the following cross-sectional area complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation, jointing and relaying shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

(a) Upto 4 core x 10 Sqmm

(b) 3.5 core x 25 sqmm to 3.5 core 50 sqmm

(c ) 3.5 core x 95 sqmm to 3.5 core x 185 Sqmm

Relaying the repaired and serviceable part of the cable in the same trench or new trench as per site conditions, of the following cross-sectional area complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation, jointing and relaying shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

(a) Upto 4 core x 10 Sqmm

(b) 3.5 core x 25 sqmm to 3.5 core 50 sqmm

(c ) 3.5 core x 95 sqmm to 3.5 core x 185 Sqmm

Supply and laying of LT XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of following cross sectional area complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the failed cable joint, supply, prepare and connect cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25 Sqmm to 50 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the failed cable joint, supply, prepare and connect cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm to 300 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting and removing the damaged portion of the LT cable, supply, prepare and connect cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for heat shrink type straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 4 core XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm to 16 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Earth work will measured and paid seperately under relevant items)

Description all as per Ser item No 21 above but for cable of size 3.5 /4.0 x 25 Sqmm to 50 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser Item No.21 above but for cable of size 3.5 x 70 Sqmm to 150 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down aluminium lugs / ferrules of any description and S&F new aluminium cable lugs / ferrules including cutting and removing the damaged / burnt portion of cable, complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes :-

Taking down the failed cable joint, supply, prepare and connect cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade HT cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT distribution panel board Factory Made, cubical, out door type, powder coated with fabricated 3.15 mm thick skelton with angle iron / flat iron frame work , bus Bar chamber,front openable hinged door with locking arrangement and common openable hinged door from rear side, floor mouting type, IP-55 protection and as per IS, comprising the following accessories ,including connecting with the incoming / out going feeders by providing cable glands and cable lugs complete, all as specified and directed for the following :-

Incoming :- (a) MCCB TPN 315 A,35KA, - 01 No (Incoming) (b) Rectangular Copper strip of size 50x5mm fixed on insulated mounting arrangement-04 nos.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, Earth plate shall be connected with double bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers, to & including 32x6 mm galvanized iron strip as earth lead, extended upto 7.5 m 'or' upto test terminal point, drawn through 40mm dia med. gr. GI pipe for protection of galvanized iron strip in the ground, further connecting with suitable size of earth strip to LT Panel, Transformer, DBs etc., including excavation, earth work, magnesium sulphate-50 Kg and charcoal in alternate layers on all sides sorrounding the earth plate, bentonite-25 Kg clay mixed with water and loomy soil sorrounding the plate on all sides, all as specified, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab, watering pipe 20mm dia bore med. grade, wire net, funnel etc. & testing on completion all as specified in plate No.3 of SSR Pt-I, including breaking and removing the old unserviceable earth materials complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- GI Pipe for protection of earthing strip and earth strip beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.
