REPAIR AND MAINT OF WATER PIPELINE AND RECTIFICATION OF LEAKAGE IN WATER SUPPLY LINE UNDER AOR OF GE (WEST) FEROZEPUR CANTT

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep in soft / loose soil for laying of pipe line or cable etc. n. exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance of 50m and depositing where directed at a point not exc 1.50m above ground level complete all as specified.

Taking out cast iron water mains from trenches, of size 200mm bore (including all fitting) with spigot and socketed ends and lead joints including burnig out joints and recovering lead for reuse after cleaning or replacement of unserviceable tubing complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified. Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respctive items.

Taking out cast iron water mains from trenches, of size 150mm bore (including all fitting) with spigot and socketed ends and lead joints including burnig out joints and recovering lead for reuse after cleaning or replacement of unserviceable tubing complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified. Cutting of DI/CI/GI pipe of size dia 200/150/100/80 mm & to provide the connection in any size dia pipe.

Colour code painting of supply mains pipe line, raising main pipe line,overflow pipe,washout pipe appling two coats anti rust paint over a coat of red oxide primere complete all as speificed and directed.

M & L for lead wool joints suitable for 80mm to 200mm bore CI pipe including burnig out / taking out the old unsv joint complete all as specified and directed.

Collection of raw water sample in sterilised sampling bottles and testiong from NABL accrediated lab and submission of test report in duplicate. Following parameters reqd to be check(pH,TDS,Turbity,Alkalinity,Acidity,Total Hardness as CaCo3, Calcium, Magnesium, Chloride, Sulphate, Iron, fluoride, Nitrate, Nitrite, Sodium, Potassium) Note: Transportion Charges for collecting samples and further submission to NABL Accredited lab is included in quoted rate.

S&F in replacement 150mm dia cast iron double orifice Air Release Valve complete with fixing on the delevery pipe before NRV complete all as specified and directed.
