Providing P.C.C. 1:2:4 using 6mm to 12mm HBG metal over the roof slab screed at a maximum height of 10.50M and placing Weld mesh 10 x 10 cm 10Gauge as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, T&P, laed, lift etc., complete.

Providing one course of Solar Reflective Ceramic tiles of size 305mm x 305mm x 7mm as weathering course for roof slab embedded in 12mm thick Cement mortar 1:3 mixed with crude oil @ 10% by weight of cement and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:3, 10mm thick for all ceiling surfaces, Sunshades, Lofts, bottom of waist slab etc., including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick for all faces of the wall including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, Labour charges, curing, Lead, Lift, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of 110mm dia PVC Pipe (4Kg/cm2) Finolex or equivalent approved make and quality with ISI monogram as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, all required, Speical clamps and screws, etc., making holes in masonry / concrete, restoring the disturbed area to original condition, making water tight jointing with no leakage, Labour, scaffolding, Lead, Lift etc., complete .

Providing RCC Pre cast slabs with 1:1.5:3 mix using 12mm to 20mm HBG metal as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of Shuttering, cost of all materials, labour charges, vibrating the concrete, lifting and placing in postion, curing, all T&P, lead, lift etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement

Providing steel reinforcement RTS / MS rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending, binding, tying and placing in position including cost of steel, binding wire, lead, lift and etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Earth work excavation in all types of soils such as earth, SDR, medium rock, dense medium rock not requiring blastingfor foundation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete.

Providing P.C.C. 1:4:8 using 40mm HBG metal for foundation and Basement as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, T&P, leads, lifts etc., complete.

Brick work in CM 1:4 using IInd class chamber burnt bricks (9"x 4 1/2" x3”) for Plinth protection allround the Control room building as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Providing plinth protection alround the building for a width of 1m from the face of the basement wall by laying PCC 1:4:8 using 40mm HBG metal for an average thickness of 100mm and plastered over with CM 1:3, 20mm thick and the finished surface is to have a slope away from the plinth to drain water from down fall pipes with slope towards rain water harvesting structure as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, lead, lift etc., complete.
