Repair to RI office cum Residence Building at Daincha for the year 25-26

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the soil within 50M initial lead and 1.5m intial lift. including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3M in depth and as per the direction of Engineer – in – Charge.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm nominal size down graded of crusher broken hard grantie stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete road including hoisting lowering and laying in position in layers with proper packing and ramming byu means of vibrator etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing plain cement concrete with CC (1:2:4) using 12mm size h.g. chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting including wtering curing cost conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials cost of all labour with cost of allT&P required for the work etc complete.

Brick masonary in CM (1:6) in foundation and plinth including cost, carriage royalty taxes all labour T&P etc required for the work etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls, cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50m lead etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling and removing 2.5cm. thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing debris withn 50m lead etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

2.5cm thick grading concerete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size H.G. Chips including cost,carriage royalty taxes ,all labour and T & P etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over brick finished smooth to the inside smooth surface of wall including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials cost of labour and T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over brick finished smooth to the outside smooth surface of wall including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials cost of labour and T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Finishing wall surface with Acrylic wall putty( water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats with any approved shade to give an even shade over one coat of Primer including washing cleaning old distempered walls including all cost and labour etc complete asper direction ofEngineer

Providing supplying fitting and fixing GCI sheet over roof drilling hole in winties including fixing of ridges or valleys including all cost, conveyance labour and T&P etc complete.

Painting two coats with weather coats of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of paint etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coat with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality over one coat of primer on wood and iron work including all cost conveyance labour and T&P requried for the work etc complete asper directin of Engineer in charge.
