Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of priming to WOOD work and IRON work including cost of the primer and sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance cess and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.(excluding GST)

Wall painting two coat with WEATHER COAT of approved shade and approved make over a coat of primer to give an even shade after scrapping old paint with scrapper, washing with soda water, priming with approved new primer including cost conveyance cess and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.
