M&L Earthing with Galvanised Earth Plate Electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, buried directly in Ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Metre below Ground Level with Top Edge of Earth Plate at depth not less than 1.50 Metre below normal Ground Level, connected to Galvanised Earth Lead Wire 4.0mm dia by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check, Nuts and Washers of Galvanised Iron or Steel and Earth Wire protected with and including GI Pipe 15mm bore (dia) light grade, connected to Test Point upto 7.50 Metre away from Earth Electrode situated, Earth Plate surrounded by a packed thickness of Char Coal or Coke Dust mixed with Common Salt in alternate layers of not exc.150mm thick, PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) and Pre-cast RCC Cover Slab of Size 350x350x50mm in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate), reinforced with 10mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm Centre to Centre in both ways, GI Wire Mesh, PGI Funnel with GI Watering Pipe 20mm bore (dia) Medium grade including necessary Excavation in Soft/ Loose Soil, Returning, Filling in and Removal of surplus Spoil upto a distance of 50.00 Metre and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and Testing including Taking down/ out Unserviceable Earthing (01 Set) for DBs of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in Trenches, not exc. 1.50 Metre Wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in Depth for Taking out/ up and/or laying of Water Pipe Line, Cable Line, etc., Forming surfaces to required Foundation/ Gradient and getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Levelling, Watering, Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm, Providing Heaps with Surplus Soil along the Route of the Water Pipe Line, Cable Line, etc., in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting & Taking down/out Unserviceable LT Cable of any size and any description including Cable Protection GI Pipes, Bricks, etc. from Trenches, Floors, Poles, Walls, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary Earth Works will be Measured & Paid separately under appropriate Items.

Supply & Laying LT Under Ground Cable 1100 Volt grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty, armoured with multi-stranded Aluminium Conductor all as per IS:7098 (Part-I)-1998, Cross-sectional Area 10 Sqmm, 4 Core, laid in Trenches, Ducts or through Pipes or fixing to Poles, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary Earth Works, Sand Cushioning, Cable Protection Cover & Pipe, etc. will be Measured and Paid separately under relevent Items.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply & laying Sub-class ‘B’ Bricks of Size 230x115x75 mm, Kiln burnt, for Covering to UG Cable as Protection, laid Flat, Transversally Width Equal to the Length of the Cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised Steel Tubing 25mm bore (dia), medium grade, conforming to IS-1239 with all Fittings, laid in Trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cutting Cast Iron or GI Pipes of any Size and reducing to required Length before laying and Existing Pipe Lines for Taking up Branch Connection and Insertion of Specials, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of all Necessary Materials i.e. Specials and Labours required at Site will deem to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate.
