M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub bases etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for chequered cement concrete designer prepolished glossy finished tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments, heavy duty, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pigments as in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L first quality heavy duty vitrified parking tiles in approved shade, not less than 12 mm thick ( square/ rectangular ), area of each tile exceeding 0.08 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured polymer cement based grout to match including 15mm thick cement and sand screed (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplying and laying factory precast concrete saucer drain of length 300mm, width 450 mm and thickness 100mm (outer) & 75mm (centre) of M-25 grade in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3, including making joints with or without groove (Thickness of joints excaept at sharp curve shall not be more than 5mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B–2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and similar work etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .
