Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of of Desiccant type dehumidifier of capacity 600 CMH with input power supply 415 V, Three phase, 50 Hz, equipped with microprocessor based control system having LED display indicating the status of input, Humidistat with digital display, made out of pre-coated MS sheet , the dehumidifier is having totally self contained eco dry rotor/desiccant rotor, process & reactivation air flow sectors insulated with aluminium foils, unique PTFE bonded bulb seal design to minimize air leakages, the desiccant rotor is made of fluted honeycomb type with stainless steel perimeter flange to incorporate robust internal structure required for industrial quality, durability and easy serviceability and also to extend media and seal life. The desiccant rotor is non flammable and its media shall have high performance metal silicates synthesized in situ, differential air pressure switch to control reactivation air flow and indicating clogging of filters, High temperature thermostat cutout to economize the power consumption, additional cooling thermostat as a safety measure, electrical interlocking of fan motor, heaters and rotor drive as a safety measure, PTFE bonded silicon bulb seal design to minimize air leakage, dehumidifier shall have an option to control reactivation temperature, system parameters complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Model : FFB600 of Make : Bry-Air or equivalent model of make Drystar India Pvt Ltd / Salleria Solutions / Munters / Seibu Giken DST / equivalent approved make of HQ CESC Pune / GE confirming relevant IS provisions.

Note: (i) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of necessary foundation work with angle iron frame work all as per OEM recommendation, flexible rubber hose pipes along with perforated end caps for bird proof for connecting reactive air inlet and outlet line up to room outside by core cutting in any type of wall & control cable from equipment to MCB DB for full functionality of machinery.(ii) Manufacturer type test certificates/ test reports for equipments shall be submitted by contractor before claiming payment.(iii) The quoted rate deemed to inclusive of service visit once in three months during defect liability period and contractor shall submit FDR of amount 2% on completion cost of subject item before completion/processing final bill.

S&F sheet metal enclosure along with single MCB TPN 32 Amps, 'C' curve, breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches, fixed on walls, passing through pipes, jointing and testing of electric LT cable 3.5 Core 50 Sqmm, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductors 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rates shall be inclusive of Cable lugs at both ends of cable . (ii) Excavation earth, return and re filling shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches any type of soil (soft/loose/hard/dense) not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, pipe, laying of cable etc not exc 10 Sqmtr on plan and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply & Laying DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 40 mm polyethylene including coupler & Bend with smooth internal and corrugated external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully existing aluminium point wiring (light, fan , socket or power) complete fittings fixture such as switches Ceiling roses, pendents,regulators, sockets etc to be measured separately)unscrewing from Board/outlet boxes, fittings & fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose lamp holder tube/ceiling fitting, bulk head fittings, tube lights & regulator etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with two run of PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm (FRLSH), PVC conduit medium grade/PVC casing capping and pressed steel terminal boxes (for mounting switches /sockets/ regulators/ceiling roses etc ) made of not less than 16 gauge MS sheet and 6cm depth covered GI metal flush box and drawing one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) as earth continuity wire in green colour connected to common earth and each terminal box/fitting all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The quoted rate inclusive for the following :- (a) Modular cover plate with frame of any module complete. (b) Proper colour coding is to be followed as per IS Specification. (c) wiring shall be concealed/ on surface with rigid PVC conduit medium grade/PVC casing capping as per site requirement. In ceiling Portion surface conduit wiring shall be carried out.)

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on the same board with other switches

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps independent.

All as per srl item No.9.00 above here-in-before but for 15/16 Amps socket out let independent with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with four single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 10 sqmm (FRLSH) and one single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable green colour of size 10 Sqmm (FRLSH) as earth lead in and including concealed with PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size or surface wiring with PVC casing capping of suitable size and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification including taking down unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Five runs of cables and one run of PVC conduit/PVC casing and capping will be measured as one unit length.
