All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Surface preparation includes repairs of holes, cracks, voids, pinholes, bug holes. Joints shall be filled with epoxy putty Confirming the ASTM D 638, ASTMD 4541, and ASTM D 2369. The corner rounding/angle fillet shall be prepared/replaced as required to smooth transition of coating from horizontal to vertical surfaces.
