Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified upto a depth of 2.00 m below the existing G.L. - In Ordinary Soil

Earth/ sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150mm thick including necessary carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sales tax and other duties and taxes as may be necessary. (c) With river sand or silt (predominantly non plastic) by truck carriage including loading and unloading.

Raising low site around the building with approved soil obtained from outside by truck carriage including breaking clods, dressing etc. complete including paying necessary forest royelty, sales tax, land compensation, municipal gate fees, if any monopoly duty etc. (profile measurement to be taken and 12.5% deduction for shrinkage to be made from total quantity) etc. complete as directed and specified. (b) Other than Guwahati City

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately) - In prop. 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 coarse agg. by volume (using mixture machine)

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement croncrete works cement, coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) (I) Using mixture machine (A) In substructure up to plinth level Foundation, footing, columns with base tie and plinth beam, pile cap, base slab, retaining walls, walls of septic tank, inspection pit and the like and other works not less than 100mm thick up to plinth level. Providing form work of 12mm thick Plywood Board so as to give a rough finish including centering, shattering, strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: Columns, Pillars, Posts & Strut of square/ rectangular/ polygonal in plan or any shape like Tee/L etc. having plane vertical face

Providing form work of 12mm thick Plywood Board so as to give a rough finish including centering, shattering, strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: Sides and Soffits of Beams, beam haunchings, cantilever girders, bressumers, lintels and horizontal ties. (a) For depth not exceeding 1.0M.

Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. (b).Brick on edge soling

230mm thick brick wall in cement morter with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in structure (I) In Sub-structure upto plinth level including dewatering if necessary (a). In proportion 1:3.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate) (Upto 1st floor level) a) From Primary Producer: TATA/SAIL/Esser Steel/ Jindal steel/Shyam steel/RINL (i) TMT Corrosion resistant steel (CRS) reiforcement bar

Applying one self-priming coat of acrylic emulsion coating of Unicem "Rakshak" brand by thinning 1ltrs of paints with 1ltrs of water over freshly plastered wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as specified and directed by the department.

Finishing wall with two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior coatings of Unicem "Rakshak" brand of required shade by thinning 1ltr. of paint with 750ml of water to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as specified and directed by the department.

Construction of Sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 (including compensation of earth ). (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) a) from Private land

Providing and laying of inter locking concrete block pavement (ICBP) with cement concrete paver blocks as per IS 15658-2006 of thickness 80mm and 28 days compressive strength not less than 40 N/m over a layer of bedding sand of compacted thickness 30mm, laid either in stretcher/ running/ herringbone pattern of bonds as directed by the engineer and in proper level and grade and compacted with appropriate equipment such as plat vibrator along with spreading of a thin layer of joint filling sand to fill up the gaps between blocks including construction of edge restraint wherever required complete as per drawings and Technical specification clause 1504 of MORD.

Supplying, fitting and fixing chain link fencing of 10 S.W.G, G.I. Wire 50mm x50mm mesh fitted to M.S angle iron post at 2000mm apart of specification detailed below including supplying, fitting and fixing hooks, eye bolts with nuts, staples and bolts including three horizontal lines of G.I wire 10 S.W.G at top,middle and bottom and with one vertical line to each fencing post for keeping the fencing tight and erect complete, including one coat of primer painting to M.S angle iron post in P.C.C base etc. with following. a) Corner and end posts with M.S angle of size 50mmx50mmx 5mm and length not less than 1800mm only duly slotted and bottom torqued with two numbers as stay posts.. b). Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20mm dia M.S bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to top flat and 20 mm dia M.S. bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling, welding etc. complete. Development of the tube well with compressor or by over pumping unit for 48 hours till sand free discharge is obtained

Supplying and placing Ferrocement Iron Removal Plant over stagging with movabale G.I.
