Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old painted surfaces of walls by scrapping and removing layers of all wall finishes including cleaning, watering to make the surface clean and free from dust, etc including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: This item shall not be considered for areas measured under Item No. 01 here-in-before)

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering using factory made water-resistant ready-mix plaster on internal fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces of walls, applied in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including curing and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: Ultratech Readiplast / SmartCare Ready Mix Plaster / JSW Enduroplast or equivalent approved)

-ditto- but for 5mm thick rendering on ceilings

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering using factory made water-resistant ready-mix plaster on external fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces of walls, upto four storey height, applied in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, finished even and fair, including curing, scaffolding, protective measures and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: Ultratech Readiplast / SmartCare Ready Mix Plaster / JSW Enduroplast or equivalent approved)

M&L for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the Ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Non-asbestos Fiber Cement Building Boards 4.0mm thick, fixed to Walls with Rawl Plugs and Steel Screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new/undecorated plastered surfaces of walls, applying 1.5 mm thick wall putty in two layers of 0.75mm thickness each, including rubbing down with sand paper to obtain smooth and even surface, applying one coat of suitable primer and finishing with two coats of acrylic distemper of approved shade/tint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparing newly Plastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying Three Coats of White Wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and finished with two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) duly mixed with stainer to achieve approved Tint/shade over a coat of suitable exterior primer, applied to new wall surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described, as per manufacturer's instructions, up to 4 storey height incl necessary scaffolding safety gear etc complete all as specified and directed.
