Interception and Diversion of Nallahs with STP works Project of Niwari town under SBM 2.0

1 Diversion works of Nallahs with interception sewer of diameter 225 mm to 450 mm comprising of DWC HDPE/NP4/NP3 pipes of about 2410 m length, and about 60 nos. manholes of RCC / Brick masonry including 2 Survey, design, construction of 01No. Pumping stations and all appurtenant structures and allied works; - 01 MLD at Nallah Bhumi- Colony (Land available- 200 sqm, Khasra No.- 2165 ) 3 Construction of Sewage Treatment plants as below, a) 2.00 MLD at Near Mukti Dham (Land available- 0.10 Ha, Khasra No.- 875 ) 4 Automation works like PLC – SCADA as per CPCB guidelines 5 Providing and laying of HT feeder connection 6 Arrangements for Reuse of Treated Wastewater. 7 Operation and maintenance (O&M) for the proposed works / entire I&D and treatment system for a period of 10 years after completion of construction work. The payment against the O&M shall be made every year on satisfactory upkeep and running of the system at percentage of the sanctioned Bid cost with an increment of 6 % every succeeding year. It is to be noted that for initial 5 years the payment shall be paid for O&M only not for DLP. Contractor shall not claim for any repair & replace work during DLP of initial 5 years starting after commissioning of the project
