M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered concrete surfaces (obtaining smooth surface) of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on existing kerb stone (obtaining smooth surface) and applying applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base / sub-floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Fine sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for Interlocking paver block and similar works etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over PCC over sand cushioning all as specified and directed. Note: PCC and sand cushioning shall be measured under separate items
