Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter depth and not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and getting out including trimming of sides complete all as directed.

Excavation over areas n-exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well rammingin layers not exceeding 25 cm complete as specified and directed.

Removing exccavated soil exceeding 250 M but not exceeding 500 m and depositing wheredirected at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 20 mm thick terrazzzo topping with 7 to 10 mm marble aggregate with grey cement and pigment including grinding and polishing in vertical portion complete all as specified and directed .

M& L for 10 mm thick terrazzzo topping with 4 to 7 mm marble aggregate with grey cement and pigment including grinding and polishing in vertical portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius and using old size sub class 'B' bricks all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair/unfair faces of bricks work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on new plastered wall surfaces incl preparation all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel Fe-410w (Gde-E-250) quality 'B' as in Roof trusses (framed ) , trussed, purlins, crane gantries , rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars and similar work confirming to Fe - 290-0 or E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating coloured GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Note: Roof sheets having guard film to be fixed through authorised agent of manufacturer. Sheets to be procured directly from Manufacturer.

S& F 0.56 mm thick plain Aluminium sheeting ,Alloy 31000 H4 in ridge,hips,vally,gutter,drip and straight flashing ( Lingth and girth as fixed) complete all as specefied and directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast rubber molded concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with colour choice by Engr -in-Charge and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed.
