Renovation of sludge thickener by carrying out following works: - Draining out all the sludge and sewage water with the help of sump pump set D.G. set etc to make conditions workable at site.
Dismantling of electric motor, reduction gear box etc. by cutting of nut bolts and fasteners and shifted these to a safe workable place with the help of lowering/lifting tools & tackles.
Dismantling of vertical shaft, bottom chord and scrapper arms etc. by cutting of nut bolts with the help of gas cutter & shifting the same to a safe place with the help of lowering/lifting tools & tackles/ Man power as required.
Fabrication and provide of main vertical shaft with casing made out of anticorrosive steel shaft with antirust treatment as per sample in every respect.
Fabrication & providing torque arm with vertical shaft in the manner as set out by the manufacturer design. The vertical & diagonal members shall be made out of rust resistant steel with Epoxy painting.
Repairing of the bottom chord duly fitted with squeezers mounted on blades in accordance to existing chord & scrapper for both.
Dismantling & recondition of main drive & drive gear box with replacement of main drive wheel gear, worm gear sprocket chain, oil as required.
Assembling & fitting of the complete system, making proper alignment and balancing etc. as required at site including cost of nut bolts, washer packing etc.
Providing/fixing/repairing the M.S. Chequered sheet 6 mm thickness of size 1mX5m on bridge of sludge thickener at Molar Band STP with fixing charges for M.S. Chequered with gas cutting and welding with the help of welding machine and heavy labor as per site requirement.
Providing/ fixing of railing around sludge thickener having diameter 6 m with 44 meter GI pipe (32 mm) This work includes cutting, welding grinding, finishing etc. as per site requirement.
Painting the compete structure with one coat of primer & two coat of enamel paint.
Testing & commissioning of the Detroiter system after replacement of starter with M.S. canopy (to prevent from rain water), making electric connection and testing on the same on Load at site. The work includes contingency charges, providing of heavy labor, all risk & cost.
