Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated PVC sheathed / XLPE Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. 3.5 X 185 SQ.MM

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/HDPE pipe as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Construction and Supply of Pre-Cast RCC Manhole Chamber of Internal Dimension 1MX1MX1M (External 1.2MX1.2MX1.2M) with CC of 1:2:4 of thickness 100mm with Square Top Cover of 600X600mm size with L angle reinforced at all side of top and bottom of cover, lifting hook including finishing with Cement Coat as required.

SITC of MV Switch Board Indoor Type Panel made out of 2mm Thick CRCA Sheet Steel, dust tight, vermin proof, Totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing, suitable for operation at 433 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, A.C.System complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, provided with bottom base channel etc., as required and comprising of the following: (a) Two Nos. of 200 A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Based Releases including providing and fixing of electrical and mechanical inter locking facilities for INCOMERS with Resin Cast C.T. operated Digital Meter [EM 6400 of Conzerve/Equivalent], ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps, as required. (b) One No. 200 A, 36 KA, 4P MCCBs as Bus Coupler with ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps as required. (c) Six No. of 63 A, 25 KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Based Releases as Outgoings, with ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps as required. (d) Four No. of 32 A, 25 KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Based Releases as Outgoings, with ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps as required. (e) Two Nos. of 3P+N 50 KA Surge Protection Device for Protection against direct and indirect lightning surges as required. (f) One Set of 400 Amps Al. Bus Bars with at Par Neutral BUS BARS as required. (g) All accessories such as fuses, auxillary contactors, auxillary switches, etc. as required. ALL AS ABOVE Complete in all respect.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm G.I strip in 40 mm dia. GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc.as required.

SITC of 70 KV, 3 phase Surge diverter with neutral protection in IP55 grade powder coated metal enclosure with 63 Amps safety circuit breaker, interconnection with copper cables, end terminations etc. as required to be installed at the main switch board panel in parallel mode complete as required.

Supply and Fixing of Automatic Hand Dryer made out of stainless steel, non magnetic, matt finish, wall mounted type and operated on touch free infrared activation, sensor range 12 to 15cm suitable for operation of 230V, 50 Hz AC supply etc as required. (Make:Euronics or approved by EIC)

Supply and Fixing of Air Curtain fan having velocity 8/9 M/Sec., Air throw of 2 Mtrs, 950 rpm, wall mounted type and suitable for operation of 230V, 50 Hz AC supply etc as required. (Make: Almonard Model: AHV5' Silent or its equivalent list of Approved makes of AAI.)
