Repair and servicing of complete Oil system, Fuel System, Electrical wiring system and other related parts including replacement of oil filters (Oil & Fuel), topup of distilled water, replacement of AVR and Rotating rectifier assembly etc. as required and the testing the same on Idle/load condition.
Major overhauling of alternator by dismantling main stator with rotor assembly, removing burnt copper wire, cleaning and rewinding with new copper wire along with all required insulation materials, varnishing, heating, reassembling and coupled with Engine i/c cable connection and testing for satisfactory performance etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
