Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil , each post hole not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specifed and as directed

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 m in deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in bond stone, bed plate, where guard & other similar work etc incl weatherings, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, coping, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses , lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60cm in height , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought course masonry in cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
