PRIMARY CHILLED WATER PUMP:- Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of split coupled horizontal end suction back pull out water pump sets suitable for 1450 RPM complete with drive motor, mechanical shaft seals and all other standard accessories. Material of construction: Casing - cast iron (BS 1452, Grade 220) - PM 16 Impeller - bronze (BS 1400 LG 2C) - Statically & dynamically balanced Casing gasket - confined non-asbestos fibre ,Pump shaft - SS (BS 970416) Flush line - Braided stainless steel, Bearings - sealed for life or pre-packed type requiring no maintenance Seal - mechanical ,Motor shall be suitable for 415V ±10%, 50 Hz ±5%, 3 ph AC power supply ,Type - TEFC squirell cage, effeciency class - min.IE2, insultaiton - Class F Capacity of drive motor shall be at least 15% in excess of BKW of pump Coupling - rigid spacer type high tensile alluminium alloy, Pump shutt off head shall be at least 10% more than design head , Pumps will be provided with a lower sealed chamber, throttle bushing, sealed flush line fittings, if required. Supply & Fixing 150 NB Flexible Bellow. Flexible Bellow shall be of PN 16 rating as per standard.

Supply & Fixing 150 NB Y-strainer. The Y-strainer shall be fabricated out of Mild Steel, flanges as per BS 10 shall be provided at inlet and outlet of the connection. The body shall be pressure tested at 10 Kg/cm² and shall be hot dip galvanized. Permanent magnet shall be provided in the body of the strainer to arrest MS particles. Filter element shall be of non-magnetic 20 gauge SS sheet with 3 mm perforation. Make: Anergy/D S Engineering

Box should be painted powder coated paint finish consisting 4 nos 12'' in length 800A capacity tinned alluminium anodised polished copper bar on insulated chair 2 nos for each bar.

Installation of above box at site on existing structure of chiller unit with 50 X 50 X 6 mm angle iron frame welded by welding machine and fixingt the total bus-bar unit on that fabrication ,charges for rent of welding machine and labour cost incl. all other required materials ( i.e nut - bolt washer etc )

Shifting of AHU motor starter from existing place to another place and refixing & reconnection the same with the existing cable and other required materials including connection of fire dampers etc.

Sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. (b) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work / submission of bill. (c) Certification in original from the manufacturer / OEM, as the case may be, regarding originality of the material must be submitted before any payment. (d) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.
