Dismantling old/ unserviceable RCC poles/ struts of size 11 Mtr in length, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Cost of demolition of PCC foundation for pole shall be included in unit rate.]

Dismantling old / unserviceable steel poles, any size etc., complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Cost of demolition of PCC foundation for pole shall be included in unit rate.]

Dismantling old unserviceable Insulators like Pin type, disc type for HT from existing Electric Poles of any description and any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable ACSR or AAC conductors, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable cross arms of MS channel or angle iron sections etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of earthing of any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, taking out and removing from trenches / duct / sleeve / on pole / wall etc. of existing unserviceable UG HT 11KV Cables of 95 Sqmm 3 Core, and Connections including bricks, GI pipes etc. of any thickness description, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Earthwork shall be measured & paid separately.]

Disconnecting, taking down/out and removing from overhead position of unserviceable ABC cable HT 11KV Cables of 95 Sqmm 3 Core, and Connections including clamps, GI Pipes, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of gang operated device, 11KV of any type and any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Payment shall be made after submission of PV, Manufacturer's Test Certificate, Testing on Completion report duly verified by Engr-in-Charge to GE.]

Excavating in Trenches not exc. 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth, getting out in Soft / Loose Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 250mm in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus Materials (Soils) not exceeding 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above the Starting Point in Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning by screened, washed, dirtless sand in two layers (8 cm & 15 cm & total 230 mm) in Trenches for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be Measured and Paid.]

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover,Class HV, Type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor terminal heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F & laying Galvanised Iron Pipe 100mm Bore (dia) ‘Light Grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid in Floors/ Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc. with all fittings & fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Horizontal Boring for Passing Protection Pipe up to 100mm Bore (dia), under Road / Foot Path, not exc.10.00 mtr in a Single Length, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : S&F of Pipe to be measured separately.]

Supply and install HT 11 KV out door type gang operated air- break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating up to 400 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L lightning arrestors, expulsion type, Complete with all fittings, transmission class, suitable for 11KV, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 3 in MES schedule Part I of 2009 connected to machinery/ equipment for Time Panel etc. as required 32 x 6 mm dia galvanized iron with 40 mm GI light Grade pipe for protection including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit & chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate) & pit cover 75mm thick in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate) duly reinforced with 6mm dia bar @ 150 c/c both ways including with lifting handle and Earth lead and 20 mm bore GI watering pipe medium grade, funnels, charcoal, salt etc testing resistance on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Erecting Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-55 (11.0 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Aluminium Primer (Externally from Top of Coping), complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Original PV & Manufacturer's Test Certificate to be submitted for claiming the payment.]

M&L cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for pole etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping for pole including form work and finishing the surfaces even and smooth etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pin insulator porcelain vitreous 11000V grade, 150mm high, 150mm dia, nuts, bolts and washers etc, galvanised MS spindle, washers fixed on channels or directly on poles, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) (sizes as ordered) with permissible Sags and providing Jumper, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or batter or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or anby other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required with Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm for earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, grouting and painting HT cable route indicator made up of Factory made Precast RCC slab of size Length 15 inch ( 38.1 cm), Width 6 inch (15.24 cm) and height 4 feet (121.92 cm) duly engrave as MES and grouting on the route of HT cable, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (i) Unit rate of item includes excavation, PCC foundation for erection of route indicator. (ii) Slab of route indicate to be provided with min 4 Nos x 8 mm diameters TMT bars along length of slab with 7 Nos cross bar 6 mm dia in reinforcement with shuttering. (iii) Route indicator RCC slab to painting with two coat of red/blue colour synthetic enamel paint over on one coat of white primer base all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.]
