Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminum alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistant measures mounted and fixed with 2 nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made upto M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angle flats, providing and fixing M.S. message plate of required size steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical M.S.-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminum sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coats including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.Mandatory/Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diameter with part as length of 3750 mm.

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board with Logo as per NABARD specifications and drawings, Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duty welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The Lower plate will be welded with MS Angle Iron Frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duty embedded in cement concrete M-20 grade blocks of 450mmx450mmx600mm, 600mm below ground level. The Top Most Square Plate will be welded to Middle Plate by 47mmx47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be Stove Enameled on both sides,lettering and printing arrows, border etc will be painted with ready mixed syenthic enamel paint superior quality in required shade and colour. All Sections of Frames post and steel tubes will be painted with primer and 02 coat of epoxy paint as per drawing and direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete job.(NSI)
