CIVIL WORKS:- Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works Latest Revision & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation in foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including dressing and levelling the bed up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from work site within 50 mtr initial lead and 1.5mtr initial lifts T&P shoring shuttering dewatering if required etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation in foundation trenches in hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from work site within 50mtr initial lead and 1.5mtr initial lifts T&P shoring shuttering dewatering if required etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers including watering, ramming, cost of conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only).

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth ramming etc complete as per approved drawing and technical specifications in all respect & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of propertion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40mm nominal size clean hard black cursher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming watering curing centering & shuttering etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, diluting and preparing chemical emulsion like Imidacloprid 30.5 % SC or other chemicals approved by Central Insecticides Board or as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as Pre-Constructional Anti-termite Treatment confirming to IS 6313 (Part-II) and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building, expansion joints, surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. at the rate of 7.5 liters per sqm on vertical surface and 5.0 liters per sqm on horizontal surfaces, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm center to center (or as directed by the manufacturer) including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, loading, unloading, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing & applying of pre constructional anti-termite treatment by drilling 12mm dia holes at distance of 30cm @ junction of wall & floor about 300mm apart deep enough to reach the soil below & chemical emulsion (PREMISE, IMIDACHLOPRIED 30.5SC OF BAYER MAKE mixed with 47.5ltr water) pumped these holes to soak the soil @ 1 ltr solution of each hole as per manufactures specification & the holes should be pluged the filling materials including cost of all materials, labour,conveyance, T&P , all taxes and hire charges of machinaries as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work of M-25 in all floors having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 250 kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 10mm size to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips (10mm size 40% & 20mm size 60%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting concrete with centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary and providing required No. of fan hooks as required including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS rod / Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
