Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of AC 3 phase 50 HZ 100 KVA capacity transformer step down, outdoor type 11000/433 volts (at no load) copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type, delta connected on primary (HV) side and star connected on secondary(LV) side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector ground-4) with neutral brought on secondary (LV) side & having tapping in equal steps of 2.5 % from (+) 5 % to (-) 7.5 % on primary side by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear, so as to change/correct L.T voltage on secondary side including provision of all necessary standard fittings and mainly comprising of the following:- .

(a) Primary H.T side having HT porcelain bushing 3 Nos with brass gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers. (b) One cable box on secondary (LT) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushings with GM bushing rods complete with GM nuts, and washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing L.T PVC sheathed armoured cables of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core. (c) Oil conservator with filter type, drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosive vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One No 100 mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with temp reading pointer, max temp indicator and resetting device

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm 3 core

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of air break gang operated device, triple pole mechanically operated outdoor type, mounted on and including 11 KV H.T. porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod, 25mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism working from ground level, vertically operated including locking arrangement for operating handle, suitable for current rating upto 200 Amp, 11000 Volts working pressure all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. Supply and fix in replacement of dropout fuse unit explusion type for outdoor air break swirch (GOD) single pole, mounted on and including insulators for 11000 Volts working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts, washers etc. synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with line tabs and suitable for current carrying capacity upto 10-60 Amps only all as specified and directed.

Supply, install and errect in replacement of true vertical steel tubular swaged pole complete with MS Box plate 6 mm thick of size 300 x 300 mm, finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 mtrs long). Made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS-2713 Part II including drilling holes of required size for fixing cross arms etc painting with one coat red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminoius paint for portion embedded in concrete. Painting three black/red/ bands at lower portion of pole of 300mm height at 300 mm spacing, painting pole No with black paint at suitable height, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for transformer platform of size 3.00 mtr x 2.5 mtr x1.2 mtr with brick masonary, construction in cement mortor 1:4 PCC M-10 (nominal mix) in foundation, PCC M-15 1 : 2 : 4 (Nominal mix) in floor, brick masonary step on one side XPM Jalli fixed on angle iron, hinged on angle iron 50x 50 x 6mm post and gate openable type from all four side with locking arrangment earth work in any type of soil including plastering to brick masonary work in cement mortor 1:4 and painting to steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer and two colour washing over a coat of white wash on plaster surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix cross arms. Bracings, support channel, backpate hooks etc fabricated from structural steel, sections (MS Channel) of required size and shape including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending , cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts as indicated and directed including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of silver aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying GI pipe, 40mm dia, Light grade for cable protection at road crossing etc including necessary road cutting and making good with PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplying and laying GI pipe, 50 mm dia, Light grade for cable protection at road crossing etc including necessary road cutting and making good with PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI strip 32 x 6mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mm X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.

Supply installing commissioning & testing inreplacement LT panel board factory made, out door, cubical type, vermin proof, dust proof, water proof made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheetand angle iron frame of size 50x50x6 mm inside depth not less than 50 cm and size suitable to accomodate the following accessories with insulated TPN copper busbar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. both side openable (front & back) with locking arrangement duly painted with coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally and connecting with cable with lugs including internal wiring with copper cable of suitable size using lugs compressing the following accessories all as directed. (Notes : The rate quoted shall include for earth work & excavation for angle iron frame for foundation of panel board upto 0.50 m below GL in any type of soil & PCC (1:4:8), D2 filling in foundation the ground clearance of panel board shall be 0.40 m GL to the bottom of panel board )

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for clean dry sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable complete all as specified.(Punned thickness shall be measured)

M&L for well burnt bricks sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on blank old size laid flat with equal to length of brick laid dry over electric cable for protection complete

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (22/0.30mm) PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked, FRLS type drawn through and including PVC casing and caping (ISI marked) and its accessories such as Tee, elbow, jointer, elbow corner etc. fixed on surface of walls, coloumns/ beams alongwith 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor cable (multistranded) PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth wire connected to common earth dolly at one end and metalic bodies of luminaire/ fan at other end including PVC folding boards or wooden boards with sunmica top for mounting switches, sockets, fan Regulators, accessories etc as specified and directed for the following:- Make of wire- HPL/Polycab/Havells/Standard.

(a) One light point and one fan point controlled by one, one way swtich.

M&l point wiring with 4.00 Sqmm with 4.0 Sqmm (36/0.30mm) PVC copper stranded cable FRLS type for one 15 Amp 6 pin socket outlet point including PVC cable 2.5 Sqmm FRLS type copper stranded conductor as earth wire as specified & connected to commen earth & earth terminals including PVC/wooden folding boards for mounting purposes.

Supply & fixing metallic Exhaust fans AC single phase 230/240 volt of size 300 mm sweep with louvre etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing water heater storage type, electrically operated of capacity 25 ltrs EE 5 star rated AC, 50 Hz, 220 Volts complete with thermostate, temperature control knob, safety valve, inlet and outlet ports and all accessories complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for making hole for fixing of exhaust fan and making good for disturbed surfaces with cement mortar and cement plaster and applying two coats of OBD of colour of same pattern complete all as specified

S&F15 mm nominal bore GI meduim grade under floor or on walls or new position of tubing with screwed sockets joints, together with all tube fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces connections back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and union etc) complete all as specified and directed.
