Under Rajya Yojna Widening and Strengthening of Bhitara Sakardaha Road(ODR) Ch. 9.500 to 14.000(Length 4.30 km) Remaining part in District Pratapgarh

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres. Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Construction of granular sub-base coarse by providing coarse graded Material, grading one spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, with 1% OPC cement & 3.5% emulsion laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared Primed surface/bitumen surface cleaned with mechanical broom for B.C.for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I. icluding cost of all labour, material and taxex etc. but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type H.M.P. producing and average output of 75 tonne per hour using hard crushed aggregates of specified grading premix with bituminous binder grade VG-30 @ 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compection as per M.O.R.T & H specification clause 508 complete in all respects for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I icluding cost of all labour, material and taxes etc.but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Same as above in item no 2 but for Construction of Shoulder/Patri.for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Earth work in excuavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exccding 1.5 m. in width or 10sqm.on plan) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 30m for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing and laying 40 mm gauge brick ballast below pipe and in sides for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Supply of 600 mm dia NP3 pipe for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

laying & fixing of 600 mm dia NP-3 pipe with collers for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Class 150 brick work in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement :3 Coarse sand) for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Struck Cement Pointing on Brick work with cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Fine sand) for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

12mm cement plaster in 1;3 cement & coarse sand mortar for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing and laying 20 mm gauge approved stone in proportion of 1:1.50: 3 (1cement:1.50 coarse sand:3 graded stone grit 20 mm size) by laid over base concrete including supply all materials, curing , labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI 14 for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

MS Iron work @ 1%. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.
