M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for slabs suspended on walls, beams and columns, in floors, roofs, landings and in shelves and the like.

S & F Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2(using 40mm graded Stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (20 mm graded aggregate) precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for fair finishing drain or channels 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds etc.

M&L preparation of new untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any descrption wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, etc., exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.
