Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc. and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km and stacking of useful bricks/brickbats for reuse or credit, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type - D2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block fixed with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade, laid over and including sand cushion of 40mm thick including dismantling old paver block and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Precast cement concrete block Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) factory made as in Bed blocks,kerb stone etc with plain fair faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc.and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing kerb stones and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered concrete surfaces of kerb stone and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, white or coloured/tinted over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforcement cement concrete (nomial mix) Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) for self and other similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings self and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore pipe bib taps, cast copper alloy with capstan handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repairs 15mm bore pipe Stop valves, chromium plated screwed down, high pressure, with capstan handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore pipe Chromium plated brass angle valve fixed complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 75 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches, wall, floors or laid in sunken floors, walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm PVC (SWR) bends,branch piece or similar fitting as reqd to make the system functional complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over 15mm thick screed cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including diamantling old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling broken brick bats of size 40mm to 63mm as in sunken portion including grouting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with the following course of treatment/ specification: (a) First layer of slurry of cement at the rate of 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polimer, modified cementitous composite compound at the rate 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 04 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement at the rate of 0.242 cementitous composite compound at the rate of 0.126 Kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 04 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (c) The rate include aration of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipe and masonry within polymer mixed slurry. (d) This statement shall be provided after provision of cement plaster mixed with WPC and synthetic fibres while concrete is still green. (e) 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesive shall be provided over above treatment.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring laid in slope complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring laid in slope complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints (except standard fitting) fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door, fixed to pipes with adhesive/solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F welded steel wire fabric weight exc 4kg /sqm fixed in concrete/ steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for PVC connection 15mm dia and 60 cm long with 2 Nos PTMT nuts, fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for french polishing on surfaces of old/new door/chowkhats of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new/old work with two or more coat as required at site to make smooth surface and making good disturbed surface i.e. tilling, PCC, paint, wall plaster, colour of wall etc match to existing wall surface complete all as directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs.99535.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
