Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) After surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 Kg/sqm. (b) Laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) Third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 Kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 Kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 Kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) Fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately). For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non Modular) brick tiles of Class Designation 10 over mumty roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level : Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:2:4 [1 cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with :

1:1.5:3 [1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 Degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with :

1:1.5:3 [1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights :

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level :

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge :

Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised Rigid PVC (uPVC) rainwater pipes (110 mm diameter, single socketed) conforming to IS:13592 Type-A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS:5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.

Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised-PVC (UPVC) moulded fittings/ accessories for Un-plasticised Rigid PVC rainwater pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS:5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion :
