Material and labour for 15mm rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick/concrete surfaces finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound @3% of cement content of cement mortor complete, all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement Base paint of shade as approved complete, all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coats of cement Base paint of shade as approved complete, all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for brick work using sub class 'B' brick, old size bricks,straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified and directed.

All as Srl Item No 06 above but except bricks (Old demolition serviceable bricks to be reused after cleaning etc.) complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting holes (superficial area not exc 150Sqcm) through brick walls built in Cement mortar and making good with cement mortar complete, all as specified as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc and making good disturbed ground complete, all as specified as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removal complete, all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel work Fe 290 (Grade E-165) quality A, as in fencing posts with or without Y/U/Swan neck fencing made of angle section and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters including embeding in concrete, made to shape complete including securing bolts, welding, drilled for fixing or holding of barbed wire or chain link fencing complete, all as specified as directed.

Supply and fixing rolled sections as in farming for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for black bituminous paint with two coats of surfaces of any description wood steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone etc, exc. 10cm width or girth complete, all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description not otherwise describe over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete, all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description not otherwise describe over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, all as specified as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25 mm thick type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete, all as specified as directed.

Providing pre cast cement concrete set in cement mortar 1:4 of Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) window or door cill,lintels, bressumers, steps quoin blocks (for use with masonary) string, courses, coping, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillers, bed plates, pintle blocks, bonders (for stone walling) corbels, brackets etc (of any section indicated), with plain fair, faces including chamfers, whethering throating etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match etc complete, all as specified as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete, all as specified as directed.

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire etc. complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- Chain link fencing supplied under ser item No 19 above to be used.

Dismantling Asbestos cement sheets in coverings and removal, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in cladding fixed with self tapping screws complete, all as specified as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable rubbish off the premises complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr but not exceeding 100 Mtr away to low lying areas complete, all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floor complete, all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigments complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete, all as specified and directed.
