Maintenance of area (52000 Sq.m X 6 operation ) by removeing of grass/weeds etc., removing of dry leaves, fallen branches, floating material etc. and disposal of the same by mechanical means in side of Anushakti Nagar Colony area all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Area of the basin shall bi deducted from total area)

Watering of the plants (3300 nos. X 16 operation ) at various locations in Anushaktinagar under maintenance through the watering outlets provided at various places in the areas, with own accessories like, hose pipes of suitable length and size in sufficient nos. including proper stacking of plants , preparation of basin of 0.5 to 1 meter diameter around the plants. Prunnig of unwanted branches & maintaining the shape of plants etc. complete all as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: 1. Casuality of planted sapling, if any, shall be replaced by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. 2. Penal recovery for casualities of plants shall be made at double of the market rate if not replaced immediately.

Spreading of shredded garden waste in & around garden areas, trees / Shrubs at different locations of Anushaktinagar & Mandala township, including labour, material requied for spreading etc. all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Shredded material shall be supplied by depatment, free of cost

Transportation & spreading manure generated at Brindavan & Tapti wet processing plant to various locations inside garden areas of Anushaktinagar & Mandala township, including labour, material requied for transportion etc. all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and planting of seasonal in healthy condition, excavation of trenches upto 20cm & as per specifications , including cost of labour, transportation, loading and unloading etc, as per list attached,all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & spreading of well decomposed, dry farm yard manure free from soil & undecomposed grass etc. at site as directed by the Engineer-in -charge and as per specifications. (Measurements will be as per truck body dimensions without any deduction of voids.)
