Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. Attending to petty maintenance service like plumbing service,welder service, mansion service and carpenter service required as below. (Job attending by one no. Plumber/welder/mason /carpenter with one no. helper per hour or part of an hour.)

Servicing of Air Conditioner (For Window/Split) by aurthorised service center complete in all respect including all labour and T&P.

Servicing of Air Conditioner and filling of GAS (For Window/Split) by aurthorised service center complete in all respect including all labour and T&P.

Cleaning and opening of chocked W.C./ bath / kithchen pipe line including opening and refixing of chamber cover including washing etc. complete.(Analysis based on NBO - 11 25.020.

Cleaning of septic tank including disposal of waste out side the UPPCL area as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour,T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.
