Earthwork in excavation in foundation in hard soil with initial lead and lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T & P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as per specification and direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation & floors using 4 cm (3/2") size clean hard black broken granite stone metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm (6") thick to the required level ramming watering & curring etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials with alltaxes & royalties & all labour wuth T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Reinforced cement concrete M25 Grade with 20mm & downgrade size clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
