Dismantling asbestos cement (Corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings including ridges all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing of Existing Roof Top Air Ventilators of dia 600mm upto height 12 M including cutting the corrugated GI/galvalume sheet or AC sheet roofing and making good including with water proof sealing by using silica joints to the periphery without any damage to existing or underneath structures complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix painted glavalume alumium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified. (Note:-The length of self tapping screw may vary for wooden and steel truss.Contractor to quote rate accordingly.)

Supply and fix mild steel work as in hold fast, wall ties, bands, straps or similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Materialand labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any discription, n exc 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel GI tubing and connections for refixing old steel GI tubing in new or old position, etc all as directed.

Taking up or down 25 mm dia steel GI tubing and connections for refixing old steel GI tubing in new or old position, etc all as directed.

Taking up or down 40 mm dia steel GI tubing and connections for refixing old steel GI tubing in new or old position, etc all as directed.

Refixing old steel GI tubing 20 mm dia in new or old position, all as directed.

Refixing old steel GI tubing 25 mm dia in new or old position, all as directed.

Refixing old steel GI tubing 40 mm dia in new or old position, etc all as directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm bore GI tubing, medium grade with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 25 mm bore GI tubing, medium grade with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 40 mm bore GI tubing, medium grade with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any type and any thickness over the roof slab, carefully all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 but not exc 1000 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hosting if required, reconecting & refixing in position. after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, landing , stairs, chajjas and similar suspended work all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 50 mm thick (Average thickness) Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregates), as in padding concrete / levelling course laid to required slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning existing roof surfaces and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm smooth the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement morter 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactureres instruction on concrete surfaces of roof and making the surfaces finished fair and even all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Material and labour for preparing RCC roof slab by removing dust, dirt and applying oil bond bituminous primer @ 0.2Kg / Sqm and providing APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm including minimum 10cm side over laps and 15cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown hot bitumen 95/15 over the membrane at @1.20 kgs/sqm and surface finished with a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm all as specified and as directed. Note:- The work shall be carried out only through authorised applicator who are certified by the firm for quality application.

Removal of concrete and plaster debris to a distance 5 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.
